Pathways Mental Health Services

Bringing mental wellness to adults residing in Tennessee.

My Philosophy

I believe mental health care should be personal, compassionate, and accessible. Every individual’s story is unique, and so is the path to healing. My role as your provider is not only to manage symptoms, but to truly understand your experiences, challenges, and goals.

I approach care holistically, looking at the whole person—mind, body, soul, and environment—while working collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan that fits your life. This may include medication management, therapy, lifestyle support, education, and when appropriate, referrals to other professionals who can further support your well-being.

I believe healing happens in a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged. My goal is to help you build resilience, rediscover your strengths, and move toward lasting growth. Whether you are seeking help for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.
